What you will do
- Advise customers on platform usage and technical best practices to achieve their business goals.
- Provide high-velocity technical guidance via screen sharing, chat, and email.
- Diagnose complex software problems and resolve account-level issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to drive stability and produce knowledge base articles.
- Identify and reproduce product bugs to determine high-impact improvement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for potential growth of a customer's services.
Requirements
- Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to explain technical problems succinctly and clearly.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
- Prior experience in SaaS or Technical support is a plus.
