TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Sports Organizations/SaaS): Driving the development of innovative features for the sports organization business with an accent on ecommerce, financial software, and CRM integrations. Focus on defining product vision, conducting deep customer research, and scaling B2B product growth to solve real customer problems.
Location: Remote (Must be a permanent US resident). Hiring is not available for candidates in AL, AK, DE, DC, HI, IA, LA, MS, NE, NM, RI, SD, and WV.
Salary: Minimum $150,000 (inclusive of base and bonus)

What you will do
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate assumptions through prototyping.
- Create comprehensive PRDs with clear acceptance criteria and partner with engineering for scoping and feasibility.
- Collaborate with designers on intuitive UX and lead sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Analyze feature adoption and success metrics to drive iterative product improvements.
- Present strategy updates to executive leadership and align with sales, customer success, and support teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in software/SaaS companies with a B2B track record.
- Domain expertise in at least one: Ecommerce platforms, Accounting/Financial software, or CRM systems.
- Fluency with AI tools to enhance product workflows, research, and prototyping.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Amplitude.
- Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and excellent communication skills.
- Must be a permanent US resident.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-tenant software platforms.
- Technical background or experience building admin-facing tools.
- Prior experience working at a high-growth SaaS company.
