What you will do

• Implement software products, including installation, configuration, and user training.
• Manage MS SQL databases and work with data dashboards and OLAP cubes.
• Provide technical support, analyzing and resolving system and data exchange incidents.
• Research and provision solutions for diverse technical issues.
• Consult customers on the configuration of the company's software products.
• Perform software upgrades and testing.

Requirements

• Understanding of implementation and support processes for software, specifically CRM or ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and at least intermediate English (B1).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to create and understand technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the FMCG market.
• Basic knowledge and skills in working with C#.
• Proficiency in reading technical specifications.
