What you will do
- Implement software products, including installation, configuration, and user training.
- Manage MS SQL databases and work with data dashboards and OLAP cubes.
- Provide technical support, analyzing and resolving system and data exchange incidents.
- Research and provision solutions for diverse technical issues.
- Consult customers on the configuration of the company's software products.
- Perform software upgrades and testing.
Requirements
- Understanding of implementation and support processes for software, specifically CRM or ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and at least intermediate English (B1).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to create and understand technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the FMCG market.
- Basic knowledge and skills in working with C#.
- Proficiency in reading technical specifications.
