What you will do

• Perform lab validation measurements on SiC diodes and MOSFETs at package and wafer levels.
• Define test strategies, limits, and parameter setups based on device specifications.
• Coordinate test parameters between Development, Application, Quality, and Characterization teams.
• Perform parameter extractions for device simulation models.
• Ensure operational reliability of lab equipment and develop lab automation tools.
• Investigate competitor products and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Practical working experience in a lab environment, preferably with voltages above 650V.
• Fluent German and English skills both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and a high-quality mindset.
• Ability to take ownership and initiative.

Nice to have

• Programming knowledge in Python and Labview.
