What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain embedded software for medical and consumer devices.
• Develop clear and detailed technical requirements, specifications, and design documentation.
• Design and execute unit and module tests to ensure software quality.
• Enhance wireless connectivity and communication protocols, specifically for BLE.
• Implement security and encryption standards and data compression for efficiency.
• Address scalability and inter-compatibility challenges in a dynamic device ecosystem.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience in low-level software development and embedded systems platforms like ARM Cortex.
• Proficiency in C and a basic understanding of Assembly language.
• Thorough understanding of Embedded Systems Design and software architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming and software design methodologies.
• Experience with the full product lifecycle in a regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Expertise in BLE and NFC wireless connectivity technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of security and encryption techniques for embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of lossy and lossless data compression techniques.
