Salary: $124,800 - $187,200

What you will do

• Customize and configure Windows OS images specifically for patient monitoring products.
• Optimize OS images for performance, stability, and reliability in medical environments.
• Integrate necessary drivers, software, and applications into the OS image.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures and conduct audits to protect patient data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design and develop tools for device manufacturing and initial setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and QA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in building OS images for embedded devices.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is exclusively offered for Principal-level roles and above).
• Ability to work onsite in Lafayette, CO, at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS internals and administration.
• Experience hardening operating system configurations to meet security standards.
• Experience with remote deployment of software updates.
• Experience with Android OS or the creation/modification of Windows device drivers.
