What you will do

• Provide technical support and collaborate with sales to address customer needs.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and assist with wireless solution design.
• Troubleshoot wireless technology issues and communicate requirements to the Business Unit.
• Host internal and external trainings and webinars.
• Build and maintain relationships with key technology customers.
• Travel regularly within the region to support performance and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded design or as a Field Applications Engineer.
• Deep experience with Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, and 802.15.4.
• Proficiency in Embedded Software development, C programming, compilers, and IDEs.
• Experience with MCU development including ADC, I2C, SPI, UART, and Bootloaders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zigbee, Thread, Z-Wave, LoRa, and RF design.
• Knowledge of compliance testing, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi certification, and Secure Element/Boot.
• Familiarity with TCP-IP, Wi-Fi coexistence, Linux, and Python.
• Strong understanding of IoT applications.
