What you will do

• Perform maintenance and modifications on autonomous trucks, trailers, and sub-systems.
• Inspect and certify the operational health of autonomous vehicle platforms.
• Repair electrical harnesses and mechanical components both on the bench and in-vehicle.
• Collaborate with design and validation engineers to improve hardware systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules and manage field-based material workflows.
• Provide technical coverage and support across different locations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kermit, TX.
• Proficiency in reading and implementing Electrical Harness Diagrams and Mechanical Prints.
• Experience with specialized electrical and mechanical tooling (multimeters, oscilloscopes, torque wrenches).
• Strong background in truck diagnostics and failure analysis.
• Ability to work a 14/7 rotation schedule.
• Comfortable with methodical service documentation and safety-critical decision making.
