Fullstack Engineer (AdTech)

TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (NodeJS/Ruby): Developing and optimizing the developer ecosystem, including GraphQL Public APIs and AI-powered tools for a programmatic advertising platform with an accent on scalable distributed systems and API design. Focus on solving performance bottlenecks, architectural decision-making, and building high-impact end-to-end product experiences.

What you will do

• Design and debug complex, scalable distributed systems and web architecture.
• Optimize system-wide performance and resolve architectural bottlenecks.
• Write extensible, test-driven code while maintaining modern tech standards.
• Participate in technical planning and high-level architectural decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams to iterate on product experiences.
• Take full ownership of projects from initial design through to final delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building high-performance web applications.
• Proficiency in Typescript, NodeJS, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of scalable system design for APIs and backend processing.
• Experience working with relational databases and key-value stores.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Must be located anywhere in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with creatives, AdTag, or programmatic advertising.
