What you will do

• Build and improve investigative workflows that empower compliance teams to track fund flows across blockchains.
• Develop and ship end-to-end product features using React/Redux on the frontend and Node.js/NestJS on the backend.
• Develop and optimize data visualizations for complex transaction flows and network graphs.
• Improve platform speed and precision by optimizing queries and enhancing frontend responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product and data engineers to translate complex blockchain data into simple, useful product features.
• Enhance production readiness through better observability, resilience, and error handling.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, and React/Redux.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable UI applications and APIs.
• Comfort working with databases and writing SQL queries.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
• Active use of AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) in daily workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Serverless, API Gateway, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of graph databases or visualization libraries for rendering complex network data.
• Interest or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with DataDog and general observability best practices.
