What you will do

• Own post-production timelines across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Act as the final layer of QA across all edits, motion, sound, and finishing before delivery
• Lead and implement color across projects for consistent look and feel
• Review cuts and provide clear, actionable feedback to editors and motion designers
• Step in to handle complex feedback or tricky edits when needed
• Manage external post-production collaborators and ensure smooth handoffs between teams
• Oversee file organization, versioning, delivery, and improve project repository and archival systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in post-production, editing, or finishing roles
• Strong editorial judgment and eye for quality, pacing, and storytelling
• Experience giving clear, actionable feedback to editors and post teams
• Exceptional excellence in color workflows and strong understanding of color grading
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Familiarity with motion graphics and sound workflows
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing files, assets, and cloud-based workflows
• Calm, detail-oriented, and dependable under pressure; clear communicator across teams
