What you will do

• Record VO, lip-sync dialogue, and songs according to client specifications, with or without video reference.
• Record talent in studio and remotely, ensuring correct dialogue lip sync and timing.
• Flag recording issues during sessions to prevent pickups and/or retakes.
• Edit audio files quickly to remove dropout noise and irregularities.
• Report source material problems promptly (drop-outs, glitches, distortions, sync issues, missing lines) and troubleshoot remote recording software/technical errors.
• Back up projects daily to the Dubbing drive and monitor quality of audio deliverables for consistency.

Requirements

• Familiarity with recording ADR, dubbing, or animation.
• Mac environment familiarity with Pro Tools, including audio hardware and peripherals (compressors, microphones, AD converters).
• Knowledge of SessionLink or Source Connect for remote recording.
• Familiarity with audio/session formats and specifications (e.g., WAV, MP3, PTX, OMF).
• Ability to identify and solve technical problems with recording equipment when possible.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends when needed.
