What you will do

• Manage video and motion projects from kickoff to delivery, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Anticipate risks or scope changes and align teams accordingly
• Keep Asana boards, schedules, and deliverables updated
• Serve as key client contact, ensuring clear and realistic expectations
• Partner with leadership to turn creative direction into production plans
• Work with directors, editors, designers to maintain workflow and priorities
• Facilitate handoffs between sales, creative, and production teams

Requirements

• 2+ years in production, agency, or creative project management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Calm, proactive approach under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accountability to deadlines
• Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, or similar tools
• Familiarity with video production workflows

Nice to have

• Background in creative agencies, studios, or startups
