What you will do

• Build and maintain operator-facing tools and internal systems to support customer operations.
• Design and implement intelligent AI-powered automations to streamline cross-functional workflows.
• Scale internal infrastructure to handle high-throughput operational needs.
• Lead end-to-end technical solutions from inception to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Mentor peers and drive technical standards across the engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high-growth startups
• Proven track record of building platform-level systems and scaling high-throughput backend infrastructure
• Strong proficiency in backend development (Python, Postgres, and MySQL experience is a plus)
• Ownership mindset with experience shipping high-quality products
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex technical problems
• Must be within commuting distance of New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or Los Angeles hubs
