What you will do
- Architect and build the next generation of core access control and data governance systems.
- Develop features for fine-grained permissions, auditability, and metadata management.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to drive projects from ideation to implementation.
- Design and implement systems that balance high security with user usability.
- Mentor senior engineers and promote strong security values across the engineering team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience architecting distributed data systems and cloud-based platforms.
- Deep expertise in data governance, access controls, and platform auditability.
- Strong development background in Python.
- Proven success in coaching and developing senior engineers.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
