What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of podcast episodes from outreach to final distribution.
• Coordinate scheduling and preparation between guests and clients.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to produce episode collateral.
• Upload and distribute content to hosting platforms like Apple and Spotify.
• Maintain and update client websites with new podcast episodes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience at an agency or media production company.
• English proficiency: B2 minimum (written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication skills for daily interaction with guests and clients.
• Strong administrative and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
