What you will do

• Evolve and refine content production processes and document standardized business workflows.
• Maintain high editorial standards and act as the guardian of content templates and company style guides.
• Collaborate with Research, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee the production pipeline and monitor KPIs related to timeliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage operational budgets and develop business cases for resource investments.
• Lead, onboard, and coach a global content production team across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in editorial, content production, or publishing operations with a strong process focus.
• Proven track record in project management and content production process design.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
• Experience in budget management with operational accountability.
• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office at least three days a week.
• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology market intelligence and research methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or Communications.
• Project management certification or knowledge of Six Sigma.
• Expertise with the Chicago Manual of Style.
• 3-5 years of experience managing teams of 5-10 people.
