What you will do

• Partner with product managers to support discovery, prioritization, and experimentation.
• Analyze user funnels and behavioral data to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
• Dive into qualitative user feedback from WhatsApp and interviews to surface behavioral insights.
• Build and maintain core dashboards to track product performance and user engagement.
• Size initiatives using quantitative modeling and qualitative signals to estimate impact.
• Create clear narratives and business recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in product analytics, strategy, or consulting.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with experience in funnel metrics.
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative feedback into structured insights.
• Advanced English and native Spanish proficiency.
• Experience in fast-growing tech companies or fintech is highly valued.
