What you will do

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Shape and aggregate datasets to support product, marketing, and editorial initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and define KPIs.
• Improve data quality, tracking processes, and analytical workflows.
• Communicate complex data findings through compelling storytelling to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Ability to derive meaningful metrics and apply business acumen to shape insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical departments.
• Must be based in Sofia and able to work onsite 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
