What you will do

• Design and maintain analytical and operational dashboards for senior leadership, including VPs and the international board.
• Apply UX/UI principles to data visualization to reduce cognitive load and accelerate data interpretation for executives.
• Monitor and translate critical financial KPIs such as revenue, margin, delinquency, and budget vs. actual into strategic visuals.
• Proactively detect anomalies and root causes in financial and operational data to propose corrections.
• Optimize queries and ensure high performance and scalability in environments with large volumes of transaction data.
• Automate manual reporting and build self-service analytics solutions to increase business autonomy.

Requirements

• Proven mastery in Power BI and developing executive-level dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling for analytical environments.
• Experience using Databricks for data access and consumption.
• Deep knowledge of financial KPIs and the ability to translate them into business insights.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• English: B2 level or higher required for communication with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of dashboards demonstrating measurable business impact.
• Experience with Tableau or Looker.
• Knowledge of LGPD, data security, and compliance in the financial sector.
• Experience applying GenAI for insight generation and information summarization in analytics.
