Location: Must live within commuting distance of our Los Angeles or San Francisco hub
Salary: $170,000 β $190,000

What you will do
- Deliver seamless, bi-directional data synchronization across marketplace, e-commerce, and ERP systems.
- Partner with Product, Inventory, and Operations teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Architect and evolve enterprise-grade systems that remain intuitive and scalable.
- Provide technical insight and hands-on implementation support for the Merchant team roadmap.
- Level up internal tooling to enable the organization to solve customer-facing problems at scale.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and Business Development to build world-class support SOPs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CSE-related experience in high-growth startups.
- Must live within commuting distance of Los Angeles or San Francisco.
- Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work across the full stack (backend and frontend).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate customer needs to engineering teams.
- Experience building bespoke solutions on top of existing internal frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify, Channel Advisor, or Magento.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce SaaS products.
