What you will do

• Develop high-quality Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define technical scope and trade-offs.
• Contribute to the evolution of shared mobile infrastructure and engineering best practices.
• Uphold engineering excellence through code reviews and technical documentation.
• Use data and A/B testing to guide product decisions and improve performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality Android applications.
• Must live within commuting distance of New York or San Francisco hubs.
• Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and reactive programming (Coroutines/Flows).
• Fluent in MVI or MVVM development patterns.
• Experience with data-driven decision making using SQL and experimentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive alignment in fast-changing environments.
