What you will do

• Set and drive the strategy for post-purchase operations in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Translate operational data and user interactions into priorities and initiatives to improve quality and scalability.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and operating models to support growth.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Continuously assess operational performance to identify efficiency and resilience improvements.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, GM, or Operations).
• Proven experience executing strategies that drive scalable operations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be located within commuting distance of New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, or Los Angeles hubs.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience with SQL and analytics platforms such as Looker, Sigma, or Hex.
