What you will do

• Serve as the primary field contact for all access and reimbursement inquiries from assigned accounts.
• Analyze and resolve reimbursement barriers by collaborating with providers, payers, and internal revenue cycle teams.
• Train healthcare provider staff on billing, coding (CPT/ICD-10), prior authorization, and medical necessity criteria.
• Act as a regional subject matter expert on payer policy coverage and claims workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Patient Support teams to ensure seamless account engagement and onboarding.
• Utilize data to identify trends in denials and access delays to improve overall patient pathways.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle management, or market access.
• Ability to travel 50% or more based on territory needs.
• Deep understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding, billing, and CMS policies (Medicare Parts B & D).
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing complex accounts such as IDNs and large health systems.

Nice to have

• CPC or relevant coding/billing certification.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or diagnostics.
• Prior field-based experience in Market Access or Reimbursement.
