What you will do

• Perform quality control reviews of daily deliverables including investor registration, dealing, and cash reporting.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for daily client inquiries, ensuring all requests meet established service level agreements.
• Prepare ad hoc deliverables and assist in resolving complex queries from clients, investors, and fund managers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members regarding daily tasks and operational processes.
• Support management with department initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Participate in team meetings to share information and foster a collaborative, positive culture.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, or client service.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Halifax, NS.
• Strong communication skills for managing client and internal stakeholder relationships.

• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities.
• Professional designations such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
