What you will do

• Lead and deliver critical testing engagements within the Maximo testing practice.
• Establish and improve overall QA processes to enhance product quality.
• Produce key test artifacts, including test strategies, plans, cases, and metrics reports.
• Perform hands-on test execution, test automation, and risk coverage analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to manage expectations and meet project deadlines.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of testers, functional consultants, developers, and business analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Maximo Testing projects.
• 3-4 years of experience in Maximo migration and implementation.
• 4+ years of experience leading large QA teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Maximo landscape and QA methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Utilities industry.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, TOSCA, or Rational Robot.
• Experience with test case and defect management tools like qTest, ALM, TFS, or JIRA.
