What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features across the full software development lifecycle.
• Lead application architecture decision-making and mentor other developers to improve team performance.
• Champion AI adoption by defining best practices and operationalizing AI tools to accelerate innovation.
• Build and operate AWS infrastructure while monitoring service performance and reliability.
• Write production-grade code and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production application support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer in SaaS or customer-facing products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Competency in Go, Javascript, React, and MySQL.
• Experience with Kafka or other Event Sourcing Systems.
• Proven experience deploying software using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong background in test automation, CI/CD platforms, and performance optimization.
