What you will do

  • Improve acquisition across paid and organic channels while launching and optimizing ad campaigns.
  • Analyze user behavior and customer journeys to identify friction points in onboarding and retention.
  • Build and maintain lifecycle and email marketing systems to drive user engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement growth-related product improvements.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs across acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Run ongoing experiments and rapid iteration cycles to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ecommerce, growth marketing, and product-led growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and move fast.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like PostHog to guide decisions.
  • Ability to operate across multiple disciplines including marketing, product, and customer insights.
  • Proficiency in AI tooling and automation for scaling business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.

  • Experience working in lean startup environments.
  • Background in creator and influencer ecosystems.
