Requirements

• Location: Based in Colombia or Mexico.
• 12+ years of progressive experience within a professional services organization.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows or CTA/CMA.
• Proven experience in management consulting and enterprise architecture.
• Industry domain expertise in TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) or SI (System Integration).
• Strong experience with cloud application technology.
