Salary: Up to £28,459 per annum plus performance-based bonus

What you will do
- Support customers facing financial vulnerability to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide high-quality customer service aiming for one-call resolution.
- Assist with debt recovery while balancing customer and business needs.
- Respond to client and agent queries via phone, email, and letter.
- Investigate cases and perform root cause analysis to improve processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments and third parties to maintain professional relationships.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
- Must have at least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa if applicable.
- Experience supporting vulnerable customers or those in financial difficulty via telephone.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Credit Control department experience within the Insurance Industry.
