Requirements
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, specifically Excel and Teams.
- Strong communication skills via telephone.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Edinburgh Citymark Office.

- Knowledge of relevant customer service systems.
- Awareness of specific banking products and business areas.
- Ability to identify and implement more efficient task methods.
