What you will do

• Manage and maintain enterprise endpoint infrastructure using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Build, deploy, and maintain standardized Windows base images and software packages.
• Configure and manage virtual desktop pools using VMware VDI and Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange environments.
• Ensure endpoint security compliance and perform OS upgrades and patch management.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot incidents within enterprise virtual desktop environments.

Requirements

• Experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Proficiency in managing Windows desktop environments and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware VDI technologies or Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and identity/access management.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.
