What you will do

• Manage and optimize hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure across multiple countries.
• Administer Azure-based services, including Identity, Networking, Security, and Compute.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint management tools like Kandji and Microsoft Intune for macOS and Windows.
• Manage network infrastructure, including VPNs, firewalls, and site-to-site connectivity.
• Oversee collaboration tools such as Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and LucidLink.
• Resolve complex technical incidents and mentor junior IT support staff.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Azure (Identity, Networking, Security, Storage, Compute).
• Hands-on expertise in Google Workspace administration.
• Proficiency with Kandji and Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktops and automation tools like ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Deep understanding of VMware vSphere, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SAML, and LDAP.
• English: Fluent speaking and writing required.
