IT Administrator Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and participate in access review cycles.
• Manage the IT ticketing queue and handle first-line triage for employee requests.
• Maintain and improve asset and inventory tracking for hardware devices.
• Assist with AI tool adoption assessments and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to workflow automation for access management, onboarding, and offboarding.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the UK.
• Background or interest in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Basic understanding of IT fundamentals including hardware, software, and networking.
• Comfortable using platforms like Google Workspace or ticketing systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
