What you will do
- Support the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and participate in access review cycles.
- Manage the IT ticketing queue and handle first-line triage for employee requests.
- Maintain and improve asset and inventory tracking for hardware devices.
- Assist with AI tool adoption assessments and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to workflow automation for access management, onboarding, and offboarding.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the UK.
- Background or interest in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Basic understanding of IT fundamentals including hardware, software, and networking.
- Comfortable using platforms like Google Workspace or ticketing systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
