What you will do

• Lead supplier development, risk assessments, and gap analysis to support new product roadmaps.
• Qualify purchased products using the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure manufacturing stability.
• Execute supplier audit strategies in collaboration with procurement and global commodity managers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive action plans (8D) for field failures.
• Negotiate quality requirements in contractual agreements with suppliers and legal teams.
• Report QMS performance and improvement needs to top management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (or non-technical with 15+ years of relevant experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, procurement, or supplier management.
• Qualified auditor with deep knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA.
