What you will do

• Process and manage purchase requisitions and orders within required turnaround times.
• Coordinate supplier schedules and deliveries to ensure materials meet customer requirements at optimal cost.
• Monitor supplier performance regarding on-time delivery and quality.
• Manage open POs, including expediting, cancellations, and updating ERP system data.
• Analyze planning parameters such as lot size, lead time, and MOQ.
• Generate KPI metrics and trend analyses to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• Fluent and conversant in written and verbal English.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, charts) and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
