What you will do

• Record and reconcile investment and fund transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements for investment portfolios.
• Monitor transaction data integration into accounting systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and verify data.
• Perform portfolio analysis to identify trends and inconsistencies.
• Assist with audit requests and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in investment and fund accounting.
• Proficiency in NAV calculation and general ledger posting.
• Knowledge of financial instruments such as bonds and equities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the Toronto office.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
