What you will do

• Manage hirify.global's back offices, including the creation, configuration, and maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing platforms.
• Conduct daily operational monitoring of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation.
• Collaborate daily with Project Management, Product, QA, Marketing, and Finance to coordinate experience launches.
• Oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations and coordinate technical fixes with partners.
• Participate in weekly alignment meetings to report operational issues and prioritize marketplace operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in similar product operations roles.
• High proficiency in both English and Spanish (required).
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-demand peaks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn tools such as SQL and internal dashboards.
• Must be based in Melbourne.
