Senior Software Engineer (Cloud Automation)

What you will do

• Maintain AWS Organization and Control Tower using account vending patterns.
• Design and operate shared networking, including Direct Connect, Site-to-Site VPN, and network segmentation.
• Manage cloud security posture, including IAM, SIEM integrations, and compliance tooling.
• Deploy and operate shared infrastructure using EKS, ECS, and hosted application platforms.
• Improve CI/CD infrastructure and shared build tooling across the engineering organization.
• Drive cloud cost visibility, attribution, and efficiency.

Requirements

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, particularly multi-account Organizations, IAM, networking, and EKS/ECS.
• Strong infrastructure as code discipline using Terraform, including module design and state management at scale.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud security fundamentals and least-privilege design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and artifact workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Control Tower or Account Factory for Terraform (AFT).
• Experience operating infrastructure for ML or robotics workloads.
