What you will do

  • Develop and own the end-to-end Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for high-value user acquisition.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify key decision-makers.
  • Design and launch personalized multi-touch UA campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display, email, and tailored landing pages.
  • Manage the ABM budget, optimizing for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and pipeline velocity.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create bespoke messaging and creative assets for different account tiers.
  • Track and analyze account engagement and revenue impact using CRM and marketing automation tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Expertise in user acquisition and managing paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads and programmatic display.
  • Experience defining ICPs and building tiered target account lists.
  • Strong analytical ability to optimize CAC and ROAS.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between Marketing and Sales departments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools for tracking KPIs.
