What you will do

• Own Facebook UA for web funnels across a core dating portfolio (e.g., Dating.com, DateMyAge).
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with monthly spends in the $200k–$300k+ range.
• Build and maintain account/BM structures, tracking setup, and operational hygiene.
• Run a structured creative testing loop based on hypotheses, iterations, and learning.
• Drive automation improvements using rules, scripts, and 3rd-party tools.

Requirements

• Senior hands-on Facebook UA background in web/B2C.
• Proven experience in USA and Tier-1 markets (CIS-only experience is not a fit).
• Experience managing budget ownership at the $100k–$200k+ per month level.
• Strong performance thinking focusing on CPA, ROAS, and LTV scaling logic.
• Deep grasp of Facebook best practices regarding structure, bidding, and measurement.
• Practical understanding of AI and creative iteration workflows.
