What you will do
- Support end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Design and implement data-driven reporting and dashboards using PowerBI to monitor project performance.
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and senior stakeholders to drive communication and alignment.
- Oversee project progress tracking and produce regular updates for senior leadership.
- Develop and implement standardized best practices, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Proactively identify and escalate project risks and issues while supporting mitigation plans.
Requirements
- University degree in economics, business, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or project delivery within software, financial services, or technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and visualization tools to drive business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage ambiguity and work with minimal guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated expertise in Power BI.
- Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
