What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer deployments from kickoff to go-live and handoff
• Develop and execute project plans, coordinating vendors, engineers, and teams
• Act as primary customer contact, communicating proactively and translating technical details
• Manage scope changes, budgets, risks, and escalations to keep projects on track
• Maintain documentation, run weekly cadences, and suggest process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in customer-facing technology deployments
• Solid understanding of PMO processes: work plans, change control, risk management, status reporting
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent time management for multiple deadlines and budgets
• Adaptability to shifting project scopes

Nice to have

• Experience with retail technology, in-store hardware, IoT/sensor deployments
• Familiarity with video analytics, computer vision, or edge-compute
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Background in deployment QA, field services, or customer success
