What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for system design tasks and maintain AEC equipment.
• Support Axis-based solutions primarily in a pre-sales capacity.
• Advise and make recommendations on hardware and software platforms.
• Provide design training and best practices to sales teams, channel partners, and end users.
• Research and identify opportunities to improve service offerings for partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Detroit, MI or Cincinnati, OH.
• Bachelors’ Degree or post-secondary diploma in IT, networking, computer science, or security management.
• 3+ years of industry experience in customer-facing roles related to systems design, engineering, or integration.
• Extensive experience with system design, network design (TCP/IP, routers, switches), and video transport protocols.
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs and work at heights (ladders, rooftops).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
