What you will do

• Support the execution of paid and traditional media planning and booking.
• Manage organizational tools including ad calendars, task trackers, and project management platforms.
• Create, audit, and code invoices, and compile them into marketing summary packages.
• Coordinate creative files across digital and traditional media channels.
• Organize first-party data to optimize audience targeting.
• Develop data-driven presentation decks and materials for executives.

Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in G Suite and Excel.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software.
• Ability to create high-quality decks using Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Snap).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines and high volume.
