What you will do

• Manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize growth and profitability.
• Strategize, execute, and optimize mobile campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP, and other platforms.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to drive acquisition efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with product, data, and creative teams to implement full-view lifecycle marketing.
• Develop and manage global marketing partnerships and source new partners to diversify the portfolio.
• Present results and strategies to leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
• BA or BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and professional proficiency with Excel.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Canada.
