What you will do

• Lead end-to-end presales activities including RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to design data-driven supply chain solutions.
• Support functional design, testing, UAT preparation, and deployment planning.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or supply chain transformation.
• Strong domain knowledge in areas like demand planning, procurement, logistics, or warehousing.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting, including workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with business analysis artifacts like process maps, user stories, and fit-gap analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP, planning systems, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with platforms like o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or Oracle SCM.
