Finance Intern

TL;DR

Finance Intern (Finance): Assisting in the maintenance of financial records and processing accounting transactions with an accent on accounts payable and expense management. Focus on supporting month-end activities, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring data accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Location: Must be based in Málaga, Spain (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Review and verify employee travel and general expenses.
• Process accounts payable transactions and post invoices into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain vendor files.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Handle sensitive vendor and contract data with high attention to detail.
• Support the finance team with clerical tasks and departmental goals.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to sign a formal internship agreement (Convenio de prácticas) with a university or educational institution for at least three months.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Advanced or Business Level English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
