What you will do

• Lead the implementation and management of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Directory services.
• Develop and optimize solutions using FIM/MIM or similar IAM technologies.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot virtual directory solutions.
• Oversee Active Directory, ADFS, Kerberos, and AzureADConnect environments.
• Implement secure access control mechanisms using LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
• Create scripts for system automation and integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in IAM or Directory services.
• Senior expertise in Optimal IDM or other Directory/MetaDirectory technologies (AD, ADAM, FIM, MIM).
• Proven development skills in FIM/MIM or similar IAM stacks.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and secure access control.
• Experience with Windows Hello for Business and AzureADConnect.
• Fluent English is required for working in an English-speaking environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal.
