What you will do

• Review partner opportunities and assign appropriate systems engineering resources based on technical complexity.
• Plan and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations for customer solutions.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with technical staff at key partners.
• Promote the company in the region as a keynote speaker at various events.
• Conduct product trainings and webinars for partner engineers.
• Collaborate with the product team to map regional technical feature requests and assist partners with technical RFPs.

Requirements

• Experience as a technical support engineer, systems engineer, or security consultant.
• Solid experience with firewalls, proxies, VPN gateways, UTMs, and endpoint/gateway security.
• Hands-on experience with hacking tools such as Kali Linux and Meterpreter.
• Native proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is desirable.
• Systems administration experience across Windows, Linux, UNIX, and MacOS.
• Legal authorization to work in Portugal without requiring employer sponsorship.
